"I want to share my love of yoga by spreading the health benefits to help enhance the lives of others and heal their bodies. It’s my goal to make yoga accessible for everyone regardless of age, health and experience. You can enjoy better health through yoga - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually."
Penny found yoga as an emotional and physical outlet in 1998. She was never an “athletic” person but needed something to keep her active. After a serious car accident, she lived in pain for many years but since beginning her yoga practice she has been living pain-free and feels stronger and healthier than ever before.
Penny’s classes are informed by her years of daily personal practice. She teaches a wide range of classes including Ashtanga, Hatha, 50+ Yoga. Her eclectic style reflects inspiration received from teachers Ron Reid, Diane Bruni, Tina Park, Marla Joy, Riki Richter and Martin Posen.
She received her yoga teacher training from The Downward Dog Yoga Centre and is certified by, and a member of the Canadian Yoga Alliance.
